Casa Geniol – Stunning Villa with Panoramic Sea Views by Marina del Este

Casa Geniol sits on the steep cliffs of Punta de la Mona, high above the Marina del Este harbor. Enjoy breathtaking views from the lighthouse across Almuñécar to Cabo Sacratif. Spread over several levels and 450 square meters, the villa accommodates six guests in absolute tranquility.



There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, private terrace, and sea view. The master bedroom is on the top level, split over two floors and independent from the rest of the house. A library invites you to read—upon request and prior arrangement, the sofa can be prepared as an extra bed.



On the middle level, you'll find the kitchen with panoramic window and dining table for eight, two partially covered terraces, and a gas grill. The living room with open fireplace is the heart of the house; from the wooden deck, step directly into your private pool (4 × 8 meters). Downstairs, a wellness area awaits with steam bath, two waterfall showers, and a relaxation room. Both fireplaces can be used after a short introduction; firewood is provided.



Air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, satellite TV with streaming, washing machine, and free parking. Electricity, water, bed and bath linen are included; the final cleaning is charged separately when booking.



Three things to know before booking:



The house is on a steep coast, spread over several split levels with stairs and no elevator—it's not suitable for guests with limited mobility or very young children.



The pool is not heated and is usually comfortable from June to late September, depending on the weather.



A rental car is essential. La Herradura beach is a short drive away—the walk back is steep uphill.
