Note: There is currently construction on an adjacent lot at the rear of the building. Depending on the construction phase, varying levels of daytime noise may occur.

To help us keep the apartment peaceful, well cared for, and enjoyable for all guests and neighbours, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected:

No smoking

No pets

No parties or events, including bachelor or bachelorette parties

No commercial photography or filming

The apartment is for guests only

Please also respect the building and our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours: 23:00–08:00.
