Residenza Lentisco is a delightful trullo located in Capilungo, a seaside resort in the lower Salento area, in the province of Lecce.

Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn and sun loungers, the property boasts a large outdoor veranda, finely furnished with: corner sofa, dining table for 6 people, and hot tub with chromotherapy (for free, open from May to September).

At guests' disposal also a covered parking space and a barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills with friends.

This accommodation is not suitable for children.



Internal Description



Residenza Lentisco is set on one single level (ground floor) and can accommodate up to 4 people, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Completely renovated, this accommodation is not suitable for children. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Pets are not allowed.



You are welcomed by a bright and modern kitchen, fully equipped with: hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining table for 4 people, and an armchair. The kitchen leads directly to the outdoor veranda.

Following you will find a bathroom with shower and the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, both equipped with tv and a small desk with chair.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Final cleaning; utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; use of the outdoor hot tub.



Excluded from the price: Any extra services on request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
