I would like to apologize that we do not offer a free breakfast at any of the Hilton Garden Inns. We offer a full cooked to order breakfast not offering just a continental buffet. I am sorry you were looking for that. In the future if you want to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn we do offer a breakfast included in the room deal that you can add on breakfast for just a few dollars. As far as being open to the public, we are but no one from outside comes in to eat and if they do it does not disrupt our business. I hope if you are in our area again you give us another try to make it right. Also our Gold and Diamond members do get a food and beverage credit once you are at that tier level. Again I apologize you were not happy with the way HGI does their breakfast.

I apologize for the parking issues that you had when you were here along with you feeling like the hotel was old. I hope we do see you again in the future and we can bring you a better Hilton standard for your stay.

You can always call ahead and speak to a front desk agent to have them included it in your price when you pay which is a little cheaper than buying it outright in the morning. We do offer a full cooked to order breakfast where most hotels only offer the free buffet style breakfast. If you are in our area again and would like to have breakfast included you are able to add it to your room rate per guest at a very discounted rate.
