This cozy 25m²studio apartment features a small kitchen fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and all necessary cleaning supplies. There's also a bar table with two stools and a seating area with two armchairs by the TV. The separate shower includes shampoo and shower gel, and there’s a wardrobe for your convenience. The one-way view windows offer privacy. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is peacefully located by a parking area. At the front, you’ll find one of the oldest canals of Alkmaar, lined with beautiful canal houses and, in the summer, a docking area for yachts. At the back is the historic Victoriepark, great for children and offering excellent breakfast spots. A short walk to Waagplein is direct, or you can explore charming little streets. By bike, you’re just 10 minutes from the historic polder landscape, and Bergen beach or Egmond is a 30-minute ride. The museum, cultural institutions, and Alkmaar's Great Church are a 15-minute walk away. The center boasts a variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, and lunchrooms.

Getting Around:
Parking is available at the Schelphoek garage, Korte Vondelstraat 4, 1811 AE Alkmaar, just a 350-meter walk away. A free exit ticket is included with your booking. For loading and unloading, you can park briefly at the lot by the apartment. The bus stop is located at Kanaalkade, only 350 meters away. Alkmaar Central Station is a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment.
