The Space:

Welcome to this charming home featuring a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The living room offers a comfortable and inviting space to relax. The bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower. There are two bedrooms, each with a cozy double bed, ideal for up to four guests. The house is equipped with a washing machine and a steam iron. Enjoy the privacy of your own garden.



Guest Access:

You will receive the check-in details one day before arrival. Check-in is simple and flexible thanks to a key safe at the property. This allows you to arrive at your convenience!



The Neighborhood:

Cozy neighborhood. Alkmaar has an authentic and cozy city center with many museums, shops and restaurants. Both Egmond aan Zee, Bergen aan Zee and Castricum aan Zee are easily accessible from our house. Of course you can also easily travel by public transport to Amsterdam.



Getting Around:

At the Nieuwpoortslaan, in front of the door, you can park with a visitor card for a maximum of 3 hours. In the Nieuwpoortslaan, only a day pass is available for €24.20 per day. This is only needed from Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:00. Evenings, nights and weekends are free.
