Las fotografías no se corresponden con la realidad: -En el patio de la casa no había césped (pese a que en las imágenes se veía un amplio cesped muy cuidado). -La azotea estaba vacía (no como en las fotos) -Una de las habitaciones de las fotos no estaba, sino que había dos colchones en el suelo tapados por una cortina. La casa estaba sucia cuando llegamos (había incluso una telaraña en una esquina del salón), pese a que el precio incluía una tarifa de limpieza de 100 euros. Además, el wifi no funcionaba (al contrario de lo que se anunciaba en la página web), y la televisión solo funcionaba con Netflix (al no haber wifi, la televisión no se podía usar). Por último, el dueño no respondía a nuestras llamadas y solo hacía caso a algunos mensajes de los que le enviábamos, dando largas y prometiendo venir a arreglar problemas que luego no arregló.

La villa est superbe, il y a tout ce qu’il faut dedans ! Bien située ! Sans parler des hôtes, qui sont tout simplement au top ! Réactif, pleins de bons plans qui nous ont permis de passer un séjour parfait

The house and the garden was very disappointing and not worth the price at all. Sehr schlecht!!
The house and the garden have been a big disappointment and not worth the price at all! The pool was very dirty, the green in the garden was an ugly, misserable brown dessert and not usable, the small bath room was smelling as if there have been invisible dead animals, in the main bath room the shower and the toliette were not working, the BBQ gas bottle was running out of gas while BBQing and the replacement bottle EMPTY as well, the wooden floor on the terrace was poorely maintained, the light switch for the kitchen was brocken AND OPEN, and, and, and ... The owner, Noa, did not take the phone for 3 days, though I expressed my disappointment on his mobile box. I have asked for a price reduction and waiting for answer since 1,5 weeks now, though he promissed to call me back with an offer! I can certainly not recommend this place at all and and am still waiting for some response from the owner. Very, very, very poor! Antonio Aguilar

Familien Urlaub über Silvester
Insgesamt war das Haus vollkommen in Ordnung und schön. Leider war in der vorab Beschreibung nicht zu erkennen, dass die Badezimmer auf zwei Ebenen sind und alle Schlafzimmer auf der oberen sind. Außerdem war aus den Inserat nicht zu erkennen, dass eines der Schlafzimmer keine abgetrennter Raum ist sondern lediglich durch einen Vorhang zum Wohnraum getrennt ist.

Schöner Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht
Viele kleine Mängel am Haus dennoch haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Betten sind top! Am vierten Schlafzimmer wäre eine richtige Tür super. Sehr netter Eigentümer der versucht alles möglich zu machen .

Too many issues & not what it’s made out to be
Well what can I say, we were disappointed overall with our stay. We were really excited to have such a beautiful, modern home for a week and the owner very kindly agreed to let us stay longer on our last day due to our flights being in the evening. After finally getting let into the property (waited 20min outside) we were warmly welcomed into the villa by Cyril. He was very helpful and took 2 of our party to get some groceries as we arrived late at night. Upon arrival at the villa everything appeared to be what we were expecting from the details and photographs on HomeAway but we soon discovered many issues with the property. Kitchen - we discovered maggots in the cupboard, the fridge wasn’t cleaned properly and one of the floor tiles was broken. The microwave door had been damaged by the previous occupants and fell off when we opened it almost knocking a cup of hot coffee out of one of our hands, we weren’t made aware of this by the villa owner and this wasn’t fixed during our stay. The 4th bedroom has no doors and blinds were broken, a curtain can be closed to provide privacy from the rest of the house. Not at all what is described on HomeAway and not suitable for a weeks stay. Electric shocks from the shower - both showers were giving us electric shocks!! We informed the owner who did nothing about this for the entire week. The plug socket near the organ pulled cleanly off the wall to reveal the wires inside; There was a leak from the bathroom ceiling and finally on the last day we had no electricity at all. The owner offered to provide a tapas evening for all our inconveniences but we had enough food so asked for a refund on the property. This was declined. Instead the owner said that our compensation was that we could stay longer on the last day. Obviously this was not a gesture of goodwill as previously arranged. The inability of the owner to fix our issues was all blamed on the Feria. Due to the week of festivities, no businesses were open except supermarkets, bars & restaurants. Something I found hard to believe. I wouldn’t recommend this property for young children or during the Feria (if what we were told was true). The staircase is open & the railings upstairs have large gaps. On the plus side, the beds are comfy and the air con was great once we figured out how to work it. Overall, we enjoyed the sunshine & location but wish we had stayed at a different property.

Fabulous
We have rented various villas over the years but this villa is one of the best we have stayed in! Cyril could not have been more welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated getting a message from him after our first night to make sure we were happy with everything and asking if we needed anythng- we felt very secure in the knowledge that if we needed him he was just a short distance away.Absolutely everything was in the villa to make our stay so enjoyable-we had a really lovely time and will definitely be back!

Perfect setting for a perfect villa
We have just got back from staying at this property & had the best time. The villa was lovely, modern & spacious & the pool & outside setting was beautiful. So lovely to watch the sunset each evening, over the mountains. Cyril was a great host & helped with any needs very promptly. He couldn’t do enough to help. I would highly recommend a stay here

Wonderful stay at Pinos de Alhaurin
We stayed at this villa recently and really enjoyed our stay. The villa is located in a very safe area and also close to the necessary amenities. From the outset Cyril has been extremely helpful, very responsive and a great host. We communicated via WhatsApp throughout which made life a lot easier. The villa has all the necessary things you would expect and the pool and bbq was in a great condition. The villa has enough space throughout and at no point did we felt we were under one another's feet and we were a total party of 9. I would add and this has been mentioned to Cyril that some areas around the villa require some TLC and some pieces require replacement but at no point did this spoil our stay. Cyril also hosted a Tapas and Cocktail evening which were great value for money and great quality food and drinks. My wife celebrated her bday during our stay and they even included a free massage as part of the deal. Cyril was happy to meet us at the airport to assist with any luggage transport requirements we had and was always contactable with any support we required. My daughter required a GP during our stay and he was able to arrange an appointment at very short notice. Our stay was extremely enjoyable and will definitely consider returning, but as mentioned there are some minor fixtures which require addressing and fixing. Great villa in a perfect location with great hosts. Will definitely look to return. Thank you! Werner

Family holiday 2019
The villa was excellent, spacious and airy. We were met by Cyril and he was very helpful, further aided by a french speaker in our group! The pool area was great and there are loads of inflatables and toys to amuse , we particularly loved the GIANT inflatable unicorn and he appears in many of our photos! Some of the patio furniture is, however, tired and needs replacing or refurbishing. The 3 bedrooms are very well appointed, spacious and with ample storage, the 4th bedroom is not particularly ( in my opinion) a bedroom it consists of a bed in an open space with a curtain for modesty, no storage but would be fine for children? or short stay. The upper floor bathroom again is very spacious and after some teething problems with the shower ( quickly rectified by Cyril) was perfect for our needs. The downstairs toilet / shower room was perfect for day time use and for alleviating queues in the evening. The kitchen is very well appointed with pans, crockery, glasses which enabled us to self cater really easily. The views from the villa are spectacular , particularly at sunset and in general it is peaceful and secluded ( there are many dogs in the area who can be very vocal at times) I would strongly suggest that a car is a must, it is a long and very hilly walk into the town , supermarkets are a 5-10 minute drive away and the beach a good 20-25 minutes - we found parking challenging in both Torremolinos and Benalmedena. I would highly recommend the BBQ option that is available, Cyril cooked and it was excellent - so much food that it lasted for lunch and some part of dinner the following day! To summarise - a lovely villa , away from it all , perfect for our family get together.

Wonderful Trip
Our recent stay in Pinos de Alhaurín was excellent. We were there for 4 nights, although we all wish it was for longer! Cyril was there on arrival and was always on hand for any follow up questions. He really couldn't do anymore for us which made the stay very smooth from start to finish. The Villa itself is EXACTLY as described and shown on the pictures. We really couldn't fault it and would happily return. If you're looking for a peaceful, modern Villa close to the Airport, you have to go here :)

La villa est magnifique, design, idéalement situé, à proximité des principaux centre d’intérêts. Nous avons été accueillis avec un cocktail de bienvenue, par un hôte très sympathique, à l’écoute de nos besoins (lits supplémentaires). Une immense piscine de 8x4m exposé au soleil toute la journée vous permettra de profiter pleinement de vos vacances !!! La villa est très propre, fonctionnelle, et équipée, Je recommande fortement

Stunning home with great hosts
We had a wonderful holiday here, the house is beautiful and set in lovely peaceful surroundings but only 20mins drive to the beaches/main sights. We were a group of 9 with 3 children, they loved the gardens and splashing in the pool (although the shallow end is still too deep for young children to stand). Cyril and Élodie were so welcoming and gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants/places and things to do. They were always reachable on the phone for any questions or help. We would definitely be back again!
