«Cute little overnight place. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. A couple of small things to consider. The only heat is from a mini-split and it was in the 20s the night we stayed and the unit definitely had trouble keeping it warm. We had a fan with us and when I pointed it towards the ceiling that helped a lot getting warm air moving. Water pressure wasn’t great but I had gotten a last minute message stating that this might be the case. All in all I would stay here ...

«Our party of 8 (4 adults, 3 teens and an 11 year old) had an AMAZING time. Tony was very quick to respond to meet our needs and answer questions. The house was well-stocked with everyday needs. The space was perfect to keep the kids entertained as well as allowing the adults time and space to relax and stay entertained themselves. «Our 2nd stay and will be back! Perfect location for what brings us to MO. It’s great to just walk around ash grove for errands! The host and her daughter were 100% amazing. Clean property, near a few trailers, which was never an issue. Great front porch to storm watch and the inside was stocked and comfortable! »
