«Really good value for money, clean and quiet in a peaceful area in Birmingham. It is within reasonable distance to the city centre. Good, firm, comfortable beds. Very quiet, good powerful shower. »

«The sirlion steak was cooked to perfection - best for a long time. The Nicky chalet was lovely, could have done with a paved pathway to get there and not grass, which I brought into the chalet on shoes, and the grass was wet in the morning to walk for breakfast and car park»

«We are visiting family who live down the lane. When we first arrived they had us in a room above the entrance. Since it was warm we kept the windows open but unfortunately could hear people as the exited the building. The owner allowed us to move to a quiet room. The owner,Dave, is wonderful. Allowed us an early check in. Dave is also the chef and did a stellar English breakfast!»

«Don't be put off by scaffolding & work going on outside. Inside is very cosy & clean. Warm welcome from owners. Room was a good size for a single with a spacious bathroom. The continental breakfast was superb. Only a couple of minutes walk to parade and all the amenities. Will definitely return next time I'm in Leamington. »

«Overall v good. Only issue was the broken blind. There is also construction work going on at the back so parking not available but was able to use the Lygon car park.»

«Lovely place, unstaffed but easy access. Only issue was it was very hot even with a fan on a day that was 20 degrees C outside, so would be unbearable in the height of summer. Fan was in the room, but didn’t do much. Open windows wouldn’t have helped due to road noise. »

«It was fine, easy to find, near the railway staion and town centre and the best fish and Chip cafe....everything was fine and the hosts were very pleasant. The room was small and a share of the shower next door was what I chose to be as economical as possible. The standard was high and service was hands on and immediate. A very pleasant three days and IT available too, which is important for my business.»

«Fantastic and very helpful host. Great room and wonderful garden. About a 30 minute walk from the airport and a 20 minute walk from the NEC. The only thing missing was an included breakfast. The WiFi is very slow - streamed did sometimes buffer and not really any restaurants or anything near by and it wasn’t possible to order in without an English mobile number, but the host was very helpful and friendly. This obviously is not the host’s fault, but a food option or a local number would be very ...

«A lovely place to stay, our room was very cozy and clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was very good. What you have to take into consideration is, it is a working farm so not everything is going to be squeaky clean. I enjoyed my time there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.»

«We had a lovely time at Heronview. The accommodation was brilliant just right for the two of us. Our hosts were great and it was good to meet the dogs and bantems. Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. We look forward to visiting again.»
