«Great spacious house and garden. Very clean and well equipped. Be aware the nearest pub/cafe is a short walk down a busy A road.»

«Spent a wonderful 3 nights at Alderley house with friends. House very well equipped, plenty of crockery , glasses etc. Very comfortable living room and lovely and warm . Bedrooms amazing, large and all en suite. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location very good , 10 -15 min walk to Bourton high street . Can recommend Birdland ! Hope to stay here again. Thank you Margaret for the goodies !!»

«A comfy well-equipped holiday home. The owners were very helpful. We were treated to a very substantial welcoming pack on arrival. Parking was easy directly outside the house on a quiet road. Easy access to war areas of the Coxwolds. The perfect home from home.»

«I booked this property for a 3 generation family celebration. We were warmly welcomed and shown round on arrival. The property was clean and warm and the beds were very comfortable. All bedrooms but the twin were en suite and there was a family bathroom upstairs with a bath. An early problem with a travel cot was sorted quickly and efficiently. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and everything is really well considered. It has a lovely fireplace with more than ample wood ...

«Property is quirky and well located but outdoor space needs some TLC to make it more usable and some more friendly outdoor seating. I found it unusual to be asked to strip the bed and put into a plastic bag before departing. Everything needed was there and I would return.»

«The cottage was exceptionably clean and looked exactly as advertised. The views are fabulous as is the wildlife and surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Loved the patio doors in the living area and having so many opening windows throughout. Great powerful shower too. The hosts, live on the working farm and are all lovely and friendly. It was lovely waking up to the sound of the dawn virus and the steep bleating. Would definitely recommend this ...
