Apartment for up to 16 people with direct access to the sea in Alcossebre marina

The apartment is in an unbeatable location, in the port/marina of Alcossebre, 25 km from Peñíscola.
It features a 40 m² south-facing terrace with direct access to the sea via a 10-meter boat slip.
The front of the apartment faces directly onto Las Fuentes Beach, located less than a 100-meter walk away.
The apartment is very spacious, with over 200 m², and features 5 large bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom.

All rooms have air conditioning and/or ceiling fans, although cross-ventilation and the proximity to the sea promote air circulation and keep the home cool even during the hottest part of the summer.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a large American-style refrigerator with an ice maker. It is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, including several paella pans, one of which serves up to 20 people.

But the apartment’s biggest draw is undoubtedly its terrace, which offers direct access to the harbor via a 10-meter boat slip. We provide our guests with a paddleboard and the option to moor their boat for an additional €50 per day.

Another highlight is its proximity to the Sierra de Irta Natural Park, a privileged area with restricted access that offers beautiful walks or bike rides. In fact, we lend our guests half a dozen bicycles, complete with helmets. They are available in the apartment’s garage.

Of course, we also provide towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, etc.
