«The villa offers minimal comfort, unsuitable for the winter chill and not adapted to a noisy environment. The wood-burning stove, though essential in the evenings (we stayed for two weeks in late November and early December), is inefficient and doesn't adequately heat the main living area, nor the bedrooms, which remain cold and damp.
