Tips my hat to Hyatt.
This is a classy huge place in quiet surroudings aimed at golfers, lazy people or very active ones. It has everything you need. And offers a bit more, like a complimentary Margarita on arrival. A nice touch even for me who's more a non-cocktail person. Beneath my balcony I could easily see two outdoor pools that looked pristine (I'm no swimmer so I can't tell about the quality of the water), but it looked fantastic.
If you're no big sportsperson you may lounge in their spa or bar with a very good selection of whiskies or beers. Probably wines as well, but I don't drink wine. There's a shop, an Indian learningcentre, the resort is built on Indian soil.
Any niggles? Not really, but I do think that an obligatory resort fee ought to be part of the price, not to be paid extra, even though it gives you access to a lot, even free breakfast in their nice groundfloor restaurant. And, the person who'd cleaned my table hadn't done his/her best work. Would I go there again, you may ask. Definitely. The valet pops up immediately on arrival, but there's ample space for self parking on this beautiful premesis fifteen minutes outside Albuquerque.
