The property is equipped with a Central Air Conditioning system that was newly installed just 2 months ago. This high-efficiency system will ensure a comfortable environment throughout your stay.
Restricted areas:
There are no areas within the property where usage of the HVAC system is restricted. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort in all rooms.
Disclaimer:
Please be aware, the cooling systems are designed to cool the home up to 20 degrees lower than the outside temperature. All HVAC systems have limitations, and we want to communicate that the system can only go so low. We kindly ask guests to use the HVAC system responsibly and efficiently.
House Rules:
• No local guests are allowed to book within 50 miles of property.
• Must be 25 years of age to book.
• Pet Fee - $250 per pet. Dogs only with 25 lbs. weight limit. No other pet types allowed.
• Guests must complete Check-In Form and agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.
• Quiet hours 9pm to 8am.
• No smoking of cannabis or tobacco, vaping, or consuming illegal substances of any kind on property.
• No parties or events.
• No moving of furniture or appliances.
• The occupancy limit is 12 people.
• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.
• Reservations over 30 days may require a security deposit.
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it.
• The Guest agrees to report any issues at home to the Host immediately.
• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home.
- Gatherings are not allowed. PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOME AND NEIGHBORS. Any reports to the police will not be tolerated. If the police are contacted, we too are contacted. This will result in your stay being terminated with no refund. We want you to enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time in our home but do not want to put our home or neighbors at risk.
Covid and other Communicable Diseases Restrictions

• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission and other communicable diseases with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus or other contagious disease including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms.
• Guests agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.
