"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The pools were lovely and clean, and the breakfast was very good with a great selection. The staff were incredibly friendly and service-minded, both at the reception, in the restaurant, and in housekeeping.
We also really appreciated that the room had both a washing machine and a dishwasher. It made the stay extra comfortable, especially when traveling with children.
The only thing that detracted from the experience was that the guests on the floor above us were very noisy between 03:00 and 07:00 on several nights. They spoke loudly and made a lot of noise, which caused our children to wake up several times and ask why there was so much commotion.
All in all, we are very happy with our stay, and with a little more consideration from other guests, the experience would have been absolutely perfect."
