«The host cancelled my stay less than 24 hours before my planned check in. I had previously stayed there in February and was satisfied so I booked again for June and another in July. The host sent me a VRBO message, not even a call or text the evening prior to my arrival and informed me of the cancellation. The explanation given was that a long term tenet of 9 months was unable to vacate. This was clearly false as they obviously didn’t remember that I had stayed there just 4 months earlier.  ...
