«Wundervolles Haus, alles was man benötigt war da und exzellenter Gastgeber. Allerdings sollte man erwähnen dass 2 Hunde auf dem Grundstück wohnen. Diese hat der Gastgeber uns zuliebe weg getan, da wir vor Hunden Angst haben. Das war sehr rücksichtsvoll.»

«A perfect relaxing holiday villa with tranquil and lovely surroundings. It is a magical setting away from the bustle of tourism. Everything we needed was thought of by the owner. The only thing we would suggest is a house name on the road leading down to the property and a name on the security gate. We found our arrival rather confusing even though we had the coordinates. »

«Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Finca Saran. Man muss wissen, dass die Finca tatsächlich ein wenig abgelegen liegt und die letzten Meter über Stock und Stein zu fahren sind. Man ist hier für sich aber auf ein Auto angewiesen. Llucmajor mit diversen Geschäften und Restaurants ist allerdings in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ort ist auch definitiv nicht mit Touristen überlaufen. Fanden wir sehr angenehm.Die Finca ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Mitte September war es angebracht die ...

«This is a lovely spacious villa with a beautiful garden and pool. It is a short distance from Pollenca town (20 min walk or short drive). Only a 10 min drive to the beach (Port du Pollenca). Nice outdoor seating area. Two kitchens! One of these has a bbq. Kitchen quite basic in terms of equipment. Beware there were no basics like salt and pepper, water etc when we arrived and only one toilet roll per bathroom! We had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend the villa and location.»

«The villa was very spacious and clean with a lovely pool at the rear of the property. Completely private and secluded in the garden / pool area. Large car parking area with gated front . AC worked well in all rooms and kitchen had all the necessary equipment needed. The owner was always on hand if needed by a text message, and was polite and spoke quite good English. Overall a lovely 10 nights stay , beach only a 10 minute drive away and Lidl about 5 minutes away. Thanks Graham & Nicola »

«We enjoyed our stay very much. Nothing was missed for a top rest. Design and equipment of the finca are fantastic, the communication with Suzana was excellent and very helpful. For shopping to Binissalem or Inca short distances, to Palma or Alcudia also only approx. 30min. And a "feeling of freedom" is guaranteed due to the fact that there are no neigbours in clother distance (apart from brown hares :-)»
