«The people are so friendly and it was a nice clean place with a great location. But here's the issue, one person in a couple is not going to be able to sleep right at night. Please let me explain. In a couple there was always one that sleeps deeper, and one that is kind of security. They listen for the noises and the creeps and bumps in the night to make sure everything's all right, even though they're sleeping, they are light sleepers and heat everything. «Great older home that has Adorable updates to make it very homey but still modern. Comfy beds and sheets. Good yard. Cozy couches. Quiet street. We needed a place to stay for a Jax State game and didn’t want to spend a lot. I recommend this house because it was a very easy drive to Jax!»

«Overall our experience was good especially for the price. It was very clean. The people were nice. We did have a slight confusion on who was checking us in and which entrance we were to use this was all resolved quickly. Fortunately, we did need to get up early and get going. The street noise at 7am would have you out of bed regardless. The noise from the train wasn't an issue at all for us. Me and spouse would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone passing through. »

«Everything was great. I really like the comfort of the bedding in King 6 if you are able to tell me what that is I would greatly appreciate it. Look forward to visiting again when I can stay longer. The only thing I noted that was off is the bar on toilet roll holder is installed upside down so it falls off easily. »

«This is a great little get away! We loved the atmosphere and the view. We enjoyed smores by the fire, the hot tub and hung out in the common area playing cards! We only stayed the weekend for our girls trip but I would definitely go back. Checking in and checking out was very smooth as well! »
