«I loved it :) the staff was so kind helping me with everything, I felt very safe and taken care of :)
Nice, good size studio apartment with all you need. They have rental bikes, scooter and atw which you will need to go places.
Could have had a complementary water bottle upon arrival. But all in all I loved staying here :) thank you so much, I hope to come back :) »

«A rare time when the pictures line up with reality. Our stay was very nice. The place is well run and only a couple years old. The food was great. There weren't many people staying there since we went in slow season (July) so it felt very mellow and private. The beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim, but we expected that so it wasn't a disappointment. The beach is very calm and shallow. Excellent location near everything. No more than a 15 minute drive to most of our activities. Highly ...

«They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S.
Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..»

«We had a great time at Panacea Hotel.
We felt very welcome as soon as we walked in to the reception.
We had a Deluxe Suite, with 2 Bedrooms. Great value for the money!
Complimentary water and a fruitbasket was provided at arrival.
It was bigger than we expected, clean and modern with everything you need, complete kitchen, high chair for the baby.
AC in both bedrooms and livingroom.
Big balcony, great place to relaxe.

«- We traveled with 2 small children, and the place was perfect; it was family-friendly and quiet.
- Both the, furniture, and equipment were brand new, clean, and of high quality.
- Pleasant check-in.
- The location was central, close to shopping centers and restaurants.
- There is private parking, and it is a short distance to the Hotel Zone.
- Room service was very good. Nice staff.
- There were a lot of mosquitoes in the outdoor area when it rained, which was expected everywhere in Tulum.»

«the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach.
we enjoyed our pool very much !!
the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.»

«We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. »
