«Great stay, good food and the rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. 10/10 service. People often complain about the port noices due to the boats and etc, but personally we had no problem with noise during our stay. Ive stayed at ”5” star hotels in crete which has been way worse than this hotel, the fact that Oniros is rated 3 stars officially, blows my mind.»

«This property is in the heart of old town which is where you want to be. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, water and everything you need. Best location, however the front sofa bed is in the front which is noisy at night (but worth it). I would stay here again»

«We stayed in the room with a view over the harbor, and I must say it is a one in a life time experience. Having wine on the balcony looking over the venetian strip is quite amazing and the same is waking up and looking out the window. The room itself looks amazing as well. It really is at the heart of the oldtown, and everyone working there was really nice. Be aware! Its incredibly difficult driving close to the old city and parking spaces are really hard to find. «Very comfortable boutique hotel. Very good shower, comfortable bed, nice sheets, pillows and comfortor. No front desk but easy online check-in. Was also upgraded to a suite. Quiet part of harbor area and very quaint. Good price - would stay again.»

«We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)! ...
