Which offers numerous restaurants, cafes and retail outlets, not to mention the famous attractions and nightlife Airlie Beach has to offer.
Featuring zoned air conditioning and ceiling fans, this single level holiday home provides plenty of space for the large family or couples of all ages - catering for the young of age to the young at heart.
Offering 4 bedrooms, ensuite with bath and substantial walk in robe to main, all rooms are fitted with queen beds and built in robes. Plus there is an additional hidden queen bed in the media room if required.
Enjoy the Coral Sea views to the islands beyond while preparing breakfast in the well appointed fully equipped kitchen which features twin ovens, gas cook top, dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker and ice water dispenser, plus lets not forget the coffee machine. This kitchen is sure to impress the entire family or the master chef.
This holiday home offers open plan living and dining areas where you can open the doors and enjoy the natural sea breeze. All this complements the perfect entertaining space where you can unwind after a busy day out exploring the Whitsundays. Enjoy a swim in the undercover in ground mineral pool or take advantage of the BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area, all while relaxing on the sun lounges whilst enjoying your favourite cocktail.
Simply chill in the large media room equipped with 85 inch television and Dolby digital surround sound system. Offering free Wifi, Netflix and gaming console, this area will keep the whole family entertained.
In addition there is a 4 car garage that can fit a boat or caravan up to 10 metres long x 3.6 metres high and the flat driveway can easily accommodate an additional 10 vehicles which is located at the end of a cul de sac providing easy access to manoeuvre around. So whether you fly in or drive we have the room for you.
This property is fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities, you will be delighted with the many inclusions offered making you feel right at home during your stay in the beautiful Whitsundays

We loved our stay at 1 Airlie. Kim was very helpful with everything and check in/out was quick and easy. The dishwasher was not rolling properly but I’m sure they will sort that in the near future. Overall, great spot to stay, just a short walk to town (either with a hill or along the front boardwalk) and the house is clean and comfortable. Thanks for having us !!Elise and crew

This property is exceptional, amazing views, beautiful home, supplied with everything you can need, the theatre room was such a hit with 7 & 6 year olds, as was the pool area, cannot fault this home, would highly recommend.

First impressions count, and this property did not disappoint! The whole family was blown away with the presentation and amenities provided. Stunning views. Beautiful house and marina view

House was very spacious clean and tidy.We highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again. It had everything you could possibly need.Pool area fully covered made for entertaining anytime of the day no need to worry about the weather as it was fully roofed. Stunning views. Excellent media room. A big plus we were able to park cars out of the elements.

First impressions were grate, until the oven blew then the sewerage started flowing down the footpath stinking out the room, there is no hot tub as advertised then the owners proceeded to charge us $125 after the stay because they can’t count towels so 1000% do not recommend this place and no WiFi and pretty sure they have a service blocker in the house

STUNNING HOME

Our stay at 1 Airlie was one we will never forget. Kim was so accomodating, and we had everything we could have ever needed at our disposal whilst holidaying as a family with a toddler. The home is absolutely stunning, with unmatched views. We were very sad to leave, and wish we could have stayed and enjoyed it for longer.
