    From the moment you enter the apartment you will be captivated by the glorious ocean views and a feeling of serenity of the natural light filled open plan design.



    The Space:

    This homely apartment boasts a well-appointed interior, including a full size kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric cooktop, full size fridge and breakfast bar.  The combined lounge and dining area open onto the large deck area were you can take in the spectacular views and cool ocean breezes while enjoying a cool glass of wine.



    Both bedrooms are spacious and have built in robes, the master with ensuite and glass sliding doors leading to the deck



    This apartment also offers a large built in office space, so if you are on a working holiday there is plenty of room to combine work and play.



    Eagles Nest On Airlie is on the top floor, has a complex pool for all to enjoy, the apartment is fully air conditioned throughout and also has ceiling fan to ensure comfort all year round.  There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer and undercover car parking for 1 vehicle.



    Conveniently located only five minutes’ walk to the Port of Airlie and the main street where you can enjoy the Lagoon Pool, specialty shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and Airlie’s famous night life.



    Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

Eagles Nest

The apartment was clean, had excellent kitchen and was very well equipped with everything you need for a great time on the beach and other activities. Easy walk to shopping strip and the lagoon, which was fabulous. Had a fantastic time and would come again.

Great Apartment

Great apartment. Quiet, clean and close enough to walk into town. We took out boat and as its super close to the boat ramp it was quick and easy to launch early and catch the best of the Whitsundays. Would reccomend

Spacious and clean

Great location for trips from Port of Airlie. Easy 10min walk into heart of Airlie town with restaurants, Supermarkets and all you need. Loved relaxing in the apartment after big days out. Birds come to visit on the verandah in the afternoons. Highly recommend.

Large apartment with a great view!

Well set up apartment with a great view and close to central Airlie Beach. Good air conditioning and fans in rooms. Excellent kitchen facilities. Nice pool, little dated but good for a dip at the end of a busy day. Very comfortable overall. Minor comment - more dishwashing powder would be great for a week long stay! Very happy with our stay.

The Best View!

From the moment we booked our stay, communication was the best I'd received yet as well as general care and overall consideration! I would however, recommend adding blinds in the kitchen and blackout blinds in the main bedroom, otherwise everything else was perfect! The apartment was within walking distance to the town, clean, aesthetic, comfy beds and of course the view was the best we have ever seen! Opening those blinds every morning was like looking at a painting! We had an 11/10 stay here and couldn't recommend it more!

Unusual apartment layout

The apartment common areas and master bedroom with en suite were nice. The second bedroom used the hall "bathroom" with only a shower and sink. The toilet was located in a separate space near the washing machine.

The apartment was fantastic but we thought there were a few things that may need to be looked at like the bbq didn’t have any gas in the gas bottle, the sliding door on the bedroom wouldn’t lock, the foldable clothing line had better days. Apart from that we had an amazing time and would recommend it to everyone.

Large living and kitchen area, roomy balcony, 2 bedrooms - 1 ensuite and laundry. General condition is very good. The bathrooms are looking a bit tired, but they are clean and functional. Just a short stroll across the road from the Colonial Palms whose restaurant is great for dinner and breakfast. Property managers at Whitsunday Holiday Rentals were excellent with clear communication and prompt responses to any queries.Would stay again and would happily recommend to others.

Location is perfect, especially if you're planning boat trips out from the marina. Only a 5/10min easy walk to town. Not sore what "hill' everyone else is talking about?? Maybe there's another route into town we didn't know about....Place has an amazing water view, was comfortable and has all you'd need. My daughter loved the little pool too. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For a great home base in Airlie, this is your place. Close enough to the main town but far enough away to have quiet and serenity. The views are amazing and condo was extremely clean upon arrival. We loved the layout of the unit with the desk area positioned so you could enjoy the beautiful view while working there. The management staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Their communications are awesome before, during and after our stay. One very nice touch was the AC was on when we arrived in the heat of the summer day, that was sooooo appreciated. Also, they were willing to store our luggage while we went on an island adventure. This is A++ customer service, book now, you won't be disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit was in a good position 10min walk to town. The unit was spacious, clean and well equipped. However the building had scaffolding up around the property with tradesman starting work at 6.30am every morning working on the roof making heaps of noise. There was also a new building going in at the back of the unit so the whole outside property was covered in dirt and needed a good clean and painting. We were compensated for this however made our stay uncomfortable. Airlie Beach, Hamilton Island and Whitehaven were definitely worth the visit. And customer service was great.

Beautifully appointed unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the view and the spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Very well equipped and very clean and tidy. A short walk to the main street and lots of restaurants. As for the parking, little heads up don't park in any other car park as there was 1 very angry resident that will let you know it is his carpark. Car park numbers were very small and easily missed. Have suggested property managers put bigger signage up so it is very clear for visitors to avoid confrontation. Also, it is advertised as Eagles Nest which is not signed from the road. The building is actually called Sea Eagle so that was a bit confusing to find.Everything else was perfect.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking process was seamless with ppty managers. Very helpful with extra tips and suggestions. Great communication throughout. Accom was very spacious, very clean. The only problem was the beds weren't very comfortable. One bed too soft, the other too hard. I pulled back the linen to inspect, both mattresses were quite old. My friend and I swapped beds but they still didn't provide a good nights' sleep. I did mention this to the ppty managers prior to leaving so hopefully they have passed it on to the owners.

The grounds were not so clean and the pool (and pool surrounds) were not cleaned until the day before we left (after we mentioned it to Management). The main bed was too soft for our liking; the light/fan switch for the ensuite sounded like a helicopter taking off (seriously needs to be replaced), the lounge was a bit of a back breaker. Apart from that the amentity was good. Excellent views. We would not rent this apartment again.

Great view and sea breeze, great location (close enough to town to be a 5 min drive or a flat walk, yet out of town far enough to be quiet. Huge kitchen, extremely spacious living area. All spotlessly clean. The only draw back was the stairs, so not for the frail or injured.The staff at property management were very helpful and lovely to deal with.I will hapily rent this apartment again.

A lovely quiet relaxing location, but still close to everything

It was wonderful and relaxing. Certainly enjoyed afternoon swims. Quick drive to everything. Only recommendation I would make is that a shade cloth over the pool for the middle of the day would have made it perfect! The view is beautiful, and there was plenty of space to lounge and enjoy. I would stay here again any time I am in Airlie Beach.
