«We arrived after midnight due to our flight arrival time, and was asked to pay 50 on arrival on top of what i had already paid. I had sent an email explaining our flight got us in late & I have 2 small children with me, so 3 of us. No bed was made up for me when we arrived. On arrival only 2 beds where ready for us after traveling since the afternoon we were all exhausted. The man who meet us to give us the keys pulled out a drawer under the sofa for me to sleep on with no bedding or mattress ...

«Do not be misled by the photographs. This villa looked wonderful online, but it was a huge disappointment when we arrived. The pool was covered with a tent, the sun lounger was dirty and unusable, the pool water feature was broken, and the garden had clearly not been maintained. The two bikes advertised with the property were unsafe, with broken brakes and flat tyres. The condition of the house was equally poor. It was dirty throughout, tiles were missing from the shower, the cold tap was broken, ...

Eurostars Centrum Alicante

"Bodde på hotellet to netter.

"We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and both the pool and rooftop terrace were excellent. It was also very easy to get in and out of the building, which made everything feel convenient and hassle-free. The location was absolutely perfect. A huge plus was having a grocery store open 24/7 right outside the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The only thing we were not completely satisfied with was the bedding. The bed had two sheets with a duvet placed between them, rather than a regular duvet cover. We also found the mattress a little too firm and would have preferred a mattress topper for some extra comfort. Apart from that, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again."
