«What a wonderful place to stay! Thank you, Sotiria, for making this available in the off-season. We loved the peace and quiet of Pyrgos in December. The entire island was amazing, but we took Sotiria’s advice to just wander Pyrgos and “get lost” (though you truly cannot get lost as it all connects together). "Bra hotell med fin beliggenhet i et rolig område. Vi bodde i Luxury Village, som var nyoppusset og veldig fin. Jacuzzien på terrassen ga en flott utsikt over solnedgangen. Frokosten var god, og oppholdet var veldig hyggelig. Kan absolutt anbefales!"

"Nydelig hotel, hyggelige ansatte, rent og pent overalt. Om det er noen ting som trekker ned er det lite variasjon på kveldsbuffe, savnet noen enkle retter som f eks pizza og is til ungene. Stranden var fin, men utrolig vanskelig å gå ut i pga store steiner og ekstremt mye bølger, men dette har selvfølgelig ikke noe med selve hotellet å gjøre ☀️"

"We stayed in one of the sea view suites with private pool. The room was truly amazing, great view, comfortable bed and very good AC. Enjoyed the coffee in the rom and the loudspeaker. A truly beautiful room. Great location with private steps right down on the beach. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the complimentary sunbeds on the beach. Unfortunately the staff does not hold these for the guests. Also there are signs not to reserve beds, but people do, and the staff does not remove towels even after 2 hours of no shows. Even if the beach is full and people are getting frustrated. Staff at the beach doesn’t seem interested in providing service. No menus were given, and they didn’t pay attention or clean up used dishes. Sad, messy breakfast area, seemed unfresh, the eggs were overcooked and the fruit was emptied quickly and looked unfresh. Overall a bad breakfast experience. A lot of staff in this hotel need some smiling and service training, while other ones were very helpful and nice. Overall this hotel felt like a mediocre charter hotel who has four amazing rooms. We payed a lot and I did expect more. A shame that the nicer rooms can’t get a la carte breakfast in the nice hotel restaurant down by the sea. I’ll give the hotell top rating regarding housekeeping. The girls did a great job. Again, amazing room, but the rest of the experience doesn’t live up to the price for the room, would probably not book again. "
