«From check in there was a big line of people waiting with only three counters to check in. We waited for 40 minutes before we could check in. Would recommend allocating some people for check in at 14 o clock as the hotel looks very well staffed but not at check in time. The rooms are old and wore out, they unfortunately smell like smoke even tho it’s non smoking. The beach is nice but there is lack of maintenance and cleaning. You had to pay for using the chairs and parasols even if you were a ...

«We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 24-hour front desk staff was consistently polite and helpful, and the view from our room was beautiful. While parking immediately in front of the building is limited, the secondary lot is a short walk away (less than 5 minutes). For us, the prime location and stunning views far outweighed this minor parking inconvenience.»

«The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. There is an amazing rooftop restaurant and pool at the annex with a view. And the hotel restaurant in the hotel tower is some of the best food we’ve eaten during our 4 weeks in Japan. Would love to stay here again. The only down side is there is no kids pool area so the pool area is quite crowded with kids and loud for those without kids. »
