Fint hotell. Hadde Wi-fi i lobbyområdet. God plass på rommene, men hodeputene og sengen var veldig harde. Bra utvalg til frokost. Bassenget var ikke oppvarmet.

La chambre premium est très propre et ménage fait tous les jours un grand merci à Henia la femme de chambre. Petit déjeuner correct L’emplacement est parfait à 5 minutes à pied de la plage Le point de rassemblement autour de la piscine est agréable mais la piscine est très froide et même le jacuzzi est froid aussi et personne ne se baignait à la piscine, il faut qu’elle soit chauffée sinon ça ne sert à rien de mettre une piscine Personnel à l’accueil hautain et se contente de compléter les formalités

Good value for money
Overall very good value for the affordable price. Room matched the expectations from the pictures. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also great including omelette- and pancake bar. One of the elevators was not in use and the two remaining didn't work in sync, so bit of frustration and waiting due to that. Pool area was cozy but the water quite freezing. Fitness room was also very rudimentary.

I was originally hesitant in booking this hotel, but I was pleasantly happy that I booked here. The location is near the beach and local restaurant. Also, it is close to the main road, so its easy to catch a taxi (side note make sure the meter is running and not turned off). I was on the 8th floor with a view of the mountain, the room came with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was good, it had a good selection of items to pick from. The pool was very cold for me and so was the hot tub. There is no iron in the room, only pressing service is available. I have to comment on once thing, there was a group of guest who where mentally disabled, and the staff were so good with them and helpful. this made me so happy to see that everyone is accommodated, no matter who you are. Having a son with a disability as well, made me feel happy to know that a hotel and staff like this exist. If I every have to return, I will pick this hotel again. Side note, there is renovations happening at the hotel. The other floors did seem dated. Also if you find an honest taxi driver, try and get their contact info, so you can use them for other trips. All in all a good hotel.

In the site Check in at 2pm, We arrived at 3:30pm i do check in but we get the room after 1h45 min bad management and there is no communication between reception and house keeping to make the room is ready to the guest. On this time too many complaints from another guest the same problem.

Das Hotel befindet sich zwar nicht direkt am Meer, man hat aber dennoch eine tolle Aussicht, da es etwas erhöht liegt. Das Zimmer war in einer der oberen Etagen und der seitliche weitreichende Meerblick war genial. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich FATIMA, die das Zimmer gesäubert hat und außerordentlich nett war. Aber auch der Restaurantchef mit dem schwarzen Anzug war sehr freundlich aber auch an der Rezeption das Oersonal war hilfsbereit und nett. Das Essen war m.E. gut und ausreichend. Es gab von meiner Seite her nichts auszusetzen. Ich hatte nur Halbpension, aber da wir nicht zum Baden da waren und viele Ausflüge gemacht haben, war alles in unserem Sinne. Ich finde, das Hotel ist gut geeignet, wenn man auf Rundreise ist, Ausflüge oder andere eigene Aktivitäten macht. Zu unserer Zeit gab es keine Animation, kein Sport- oder Abendprogramm. Für uns war das vollkommen ok, da wir sehr viel unterwegs waren. Falls man allerdings Wert legt auf Animation usw. und die ganze Zeit im Hotel verbringen möchte, kann man sich ein entsprechendes Hotel mit All Inklusive, Animation usw. heraussuchen, je nachdem, was man möchte, was aber in unserem Falle aber nicht notwendig war, da wir eh viel unterwegs waren. Und die restliche Zeit im Hotelzimmer relaxen konnte. Ich weiß nicht, ob die Matratzen im Hotel alle gleich sind, aber ich hatte eine super bequeme Matratze (in anderen Hotels hatte ich oft Rückenschmerzen von der Matratze).

Week-end d'anniversaire de ma compagne. Je commence par le positif. Un accueil sympathique, personnel assez attentionné. Le cadre est très beau et nous ne regrettons pas davoir choisi cet hotel. Les photos ne mentaient pas. Petit bémol, le petit dejeuner n'est pas sensationnel du tout. Et une chambre double (lit double demandé) avec 2 lits simples mais surtout 2 couettes et drap 1 place. Pas tres pratique pour dormir a 2. Sinon experience global, très satisfaisante !

First day, kept as waiting when the check in time was 15:00 , made as wait half hour till we got our room, when we asked why u taking to long the response was if you don't like waiting than go in a rude way . Once we gotbto the room the safe was not working, i complaint, they tried fixing it but they couldn't, in return they should've give me Alternative but no. There was lady doing breakfast making paratha, i ask to make me fresh hot paratha for me , she turned around started being rude , saying there is ready made one take those one very rudely, the bath tub was very dirty

refused me to stay at hotel after checking in? Apparently i needed to go to the police station and provide them with a letter never had a issue with any other hotel in Morocco before!
