«Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.»

«We checked in late, and staff seemed to be attending a function or dinner crowd?
He was very friendly and accomodating, but the organization of the establishment was lacking. Didnt know the room, the price, and didnt take my card info.
The suite we reserved appeared to have been given away or unavailable, and we were given the choice of a room w a Sofa bed (that we unfolded and no interest), or a white rugged room that could not be locked from the inside.»

«Lovely hostess at this bed & breakfast where we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. It checked everything on my wish list: relaxing atmosphere, clean room decorated in theme, lake access and a place to sit and enjoy the water and nature. I hope to return !»

«While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch.»

«We checked in on our own for just 10 minutes and left this place. Nobody present to welcome us. No wifi and or internet, all fridges were unplugged. Web everywhere. Trees overgrown on hot tub and pool and many more! »

«At the crest of a steep hill overlooking the Mohawk Valley, the property is well situated. Valerie welcomed us warmly and showed us where to find the necessities. All bathroom facilities work very well. The vicinity is very quiet. Full breakfast was delicious and plentiful. »
