«Very Disappointing Experience — Not Worth the Price
I have to be honest: for the amount of money we paid for our stay, the experience was extremely disappointing. The price suggests a luxury, high-standard property, but unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and the level of upkeep did not come close to matching what we paid.

«It did have the balcony. Had a 4 day 3 night stay. Had to ask formore coffee and clean towels, they did not check to see if we needed anything. Theyran out of room coffee for the whole hotel told me to go to dinning room to get coffee and they wanted to charge me for it. I was totally shocked they wanted me to pay.

«The grounds are just beautiful . We loved our connecting rooms, and the beds were so comfortable. Just note there are no TV’s in the room and we had no cell service but the WiFi is excellent. The complimentary coffee and hot cocoa were delightful.»
