The main bedroom offers a king, the second bedroom a queen and third two singles which can also be converted to a king bed upon request.

We’ve designed it with premium touches, so you can feel right at home – whether that’s flipping pancakes in the morning or enjoying a dinner with ocean views in the evening.

Our bedrooms are set up for the sleep you’ve been dreaming of, with luxury linen, brand new mattresses, and a mix of pillows for every kind of sleeper. And yes, you’re welcome to hit the snooze button as many times as you want.

The open-plan living area is made for anything from lazy mornings, late nights, to movie marathons, with a large smart TV, Sonos soundbar for wireless audio streaming, and seating that doesn’t just look good but you can really settle in to. The dining space includes cushioned bench seating and beautiful bentwood chairs, comfortably seating six.

Morning coffee, sunset drinks, BBQ meals – the deck is designed for everything the day (and night) brings. Outdoor dining seats six comfortably and the deck is securely fenced to keep children close. With coastal views, you’ll lose track of time, and that’s just how we like it.

Your mornings at Moana start right – with a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine and ST. ALi coffee pods from Melbourne’s best roasters. Prefer tea? We’ve stocked T-Bar teas from South Australia, and there’s even a complimentary bottle of South Australian wine to set the tone for your holiday. Freshly baked bread (or ingredients to make your own) is ready to pair with Beerenberg spreads from the Adelaide Hills. For easy bites, we’ve added pancake mix and microwave popcorn, perfect for quick treats. Fully stocked with cookware, condiments, and essentials, the kitchen is yours to use as you like – for full meals or simple snacks while you soak in the coastal views.

The kitchen area also features a built-in European-style laundry with a Miele washer-dryer (detergent included) and iron. In each bathroom enjoy a touch of luxury with rainfall showers, Hunter Lab shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, with ultra plush towels.

Most importantly, we have reliable WiFi (plus USB ports throughout), so you’re all set - whether you’re looking for another episode of Bluey, on a working holiday or streaming your beachside playlist.
