The standard studio I booked was tiny, even though it was advertised as 25m² – no way! Luckily, I was able to move to a larger room the next day. Unfortunately, after a few days, the air conditioning broke down, and this time I couldn't move to a larger room; I had to go back to the tiny one. I wasn't offered any compensation, they said that giving me a larger room for a few days was compensation enough.
That was a scam, since the rooms are much smaller than advertised!
The staff wasn't always helpful, especially the eye-rolling employee on Sunday, very bad customer service!
Regarding cleanliness: it's only clean during the week; they don't seem to clean the shared toilets on weekends. Also, there are only two sinks, and you might have to wait in line.
Regarding security: the main door doesn't lock properly if you don't give it an extra push, so sleezy people hanging around on the floor and that can be frightning if you have to cross the floor to reach the shared bathroom.
Can't recommend to stay here!
