Enter through the locked gates into your next holiday stay here on Melbourne street. Park your car and make your way up onto the third floor to access the apartment that is perfectly positioned for any purpose.
We are sure you will be filled with an eagerness to explore the area; with so much to see and do here, it won`t be long until you make those inspired moves!

There are three bedrooms, the first room as you enter has a single bed with monkey vibes. The perfect place to keep the kids entertained. The second room has a bunk with a single and double to boost. Also feels friendly for family or friends with splashes of pink throughout. Families will also appreciate the provision of a high chair and portacot. Please bring your own sheets for the portacot.

The living room welcomes you with an open plan; you will see the lounges, dining and kitchen aspects as you walk around to the right. The lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater suite to enjoy and kick back after a long day exploring, dining or shopping up a storm at Adelaide’s CBD, Rundle Mall or throughout the boutique spaces of North Adelaide. If you feel you need to switch off; you can also switch on the LCD TV for Netflix.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
