Amenities include air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, a fan, a washing machine, a dedicated workspace, and beach towels.



Step outside to enjoy your private balcony and private uncovered terrace, where you can take in views of the sea and mountains. The complex features a shared garden with landscaped areas, a shared outdoor pool open until 8 pm in summer and until 7 pm in winter, a shared children's pool, an outdoor shower, 2 shared covered terraces, and a shared gym. A shared sauna located next to the pool accommodates up to 4 persons.



Parking is available in the street, and 1 shared garage spot is provided. Public transportation is nearby. Events are not allowed on the property. Smoking is not permitted. Ball games are not allowed anywhere in the complex, including the pool area. Music is not allowed at the pool. Quiet hours must be respected, especially after 10 pm, to ensure the tranquility of neighbors.



The beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and a promenade are all within a 10-minute walk. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. Please note that Calle La Laja is a one-way street.
