  • We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

    The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

    Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. If any guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

    Accommodation:

    Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Callao Salvaje (Playa Paraíso). The apartment has an exclusive and modern design with first-class materials and thought to detail.

    It has a spacious bedroom, exclusive and complete bathroom with shower and laundry area (washing machine). A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, utensils, dishes, oven, etc.), dining area and living room with SMART TV and FREE WIFI.The complex in which it is located has a community pool and a large area for sunbathing. Sun loungers cannot be reserved (if you are not using them at the moment, please leave the space free for other people). It has an elevator. It has paid parking.

    Neighborhood:

    The complex is close to all the necessary services. Shops, bars, restaurants and pubs. Also close to public transport and a few minutes walk from the nearest beaches.

Excelente opción en Playa Paraíso. El departamento es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Buena ubicación y muy lindas vistas. Comunicación fluída con los anfitriones que responden a la brevedad por cualquier necesidad. El departamento está muy bien equipado y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Alojamiento para recomendary volver.

The apartment was like it looked in the photos, and very clean. Unfortunately, none of the reviews had mentioned the noise from Hardrock Hotel- which continues quite late & starts quite early. Even with the windows closed we could hear the noise. We had a lovely stay - but not peaceful.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un mois dans ce très beau condo, bien décoré. La vue à couper le souffle, l’emplacement super, un seul bémol est le stationnement super difficile à trouver à chaque jour malheureusement. Très belle piscine mais froide, on s’y adapte, heureusement on a eu la chance d’avoir que du soleil pendant tout le temps passé à Ténérife, une île de découvertes et d’aventures. Merci Sandra, Valentina et Umberto.

Very cozy place, great location and view to the ocean. Lots of things to do, great transportation links towards many places, rent-a-car, pool, tv, spotless kitchen, everything was there. Only thing I would recommend is to put A/C system as fans can not provide this cooling effect as the A/C does. And checkin person would be good if she spoke some English. This would be of great advantage for the guests but good thing is that Sandra responded very quickly to enquiries and everything was handled professionally and proactively. Thanks for the great stay! The balcony was my fave place !! Unforgettable view!!??
