Villa is located in very nice elite area Costa Adeje with 5* hotels.
There are two large shopping centers, supermarkets, embankment, cafes, restaurants near the complex.
There are 2 beach near: with volcanic sand and with yellow sand.
It is just 5 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach in Tenerife "Playa del Duque"!
Very comfortable and modern Villa with private garden and swimming pool in Costa Adeje, Tenerife.
Villa of about 300 sq. m. includes:
5 bedrooms (for up to 10 person);

Fantastic family house

We, 7 adults and a baby, had a wonderful stay in this great and spaceious house. We spent most of the time outdoors at the different areas and in the pool. Short walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches. An excellent choise!

Great spacious villa, great location!

Had 5 lovely nights here in january 2019! Great villa with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, many terraces for both morning and evening sun! View of sun setting into the sea is perfect! Great with outdoor grill and ping pong table😀 Nice pool area with plenty of comfortable sunbeds! Short walk to nice beaches, restaurants and shopping area. We were unlucky in our stay because the heater for the pool broke in the end of previous rental and they did not get someone to fix it before our departure day due to holidays. Got compensated for this so great solved by owner. Pool heating is a must in January so water was very cold without it. Otherwise pool looked great and good size but same depth all along so kids cant stand up but need to swim. Highly recommend this villa👍🏻

We had a fabulous time in Tenerife!! The villa was amazing and perfect for our family holiday. It was in a brilliant location, so close to many shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. The villa itself had everything you could possibly need and the welcome treats were a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Everything was very clean and tidy and check in was extremely easy. Elena was a fabulous host, very quick to respond and so helpful in the lead up to our travel. We really would recommend this Villa, and will definitely visit again in the future. Thank you Elena xx

El alojamiento se encuentra ubicado en el mismísimo centro de Adeje. Es muy positivo, porque hay centros comerciales, playas, establecimientos... también eso supone que el mercadillo que se hace dos veces por semana genere ruidos al montarse de noche.Las habitaciones y baños, la piscina, salas comunes, la cocina geniales, esta última equipada con todo y menaje suficiente.Zona de lavado de ropa muy apropiada también.Las habitaciones de abajo, tienen camas muy pequeñas, escasas para adultos, están pensadas para niños.Hay vistas al mar y a la montaña.En general nos ha gustado mucho, nos han atendido muy bien en cuanto hemos contactado.

Lovely villa for a holiday in Costa Adeje

We had a great holiday at this lovely villa. It is very well appointed, spacious and spotlessly clean, and is in a great location for easy walking access to bars, shops beaches etc. An all round 10 out of 10.

Amazing stay, we stayed as a family of 9. Age range from 11 to 75 years. Location of the villa perfect - we love this area.Villa was beautiful and spacious especially for a large group. Spotless and clean Outside setting gorgeous - sun all day. Host Elena was great, I had to message her a few times. Response was so quick and helpful. Highly recommend- we are looking to rebook again

Perfect Family Villa

We had an amazing time at the Villa! The location was perfect, and the outdoor area exceeded our expectations - it was superb and we had a lovely time there in the sun. Everything was exactly as described, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were always responsive and helpful. Our group ranged from 0 to 70 years old, and the Villa truly accommodated everyone perfectly. The only minor downside is that the Villa is on three levels (which is also a plus) but it made carrying suitcases and a baby stroller a bit of a hassle. We will hopefully visit the Villa again, I highly recommend it!

Family getaway

We all couldn’t believe how amazing the villa was, it was even better than the photos. Elena made the process very easy and she was always just a message away if we needed anything. Her responses were always quick and polite. The villa had everything that we needed and it was in an amazing location with shops and restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk. We are looking to book again in a couple of years. Thank you so much.

Great villa for a group

This place was great for a bunch of us over for a wedding. Tons of space, lots of different areas to hang out in. Great for multiple couples or a family with children etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals, bathrooms were clean and spacious. Nice pool area to chill out. Right next to supermarkets and shops. We enjoyed our stay here!

Amazing stay

Stay was honestly out of this world! Villa location was great for its size, the amenities at Villa was also great. Communication with host throughout was 5 stars and we really didn’t have any problems apart from a small issue with confusion of one of the keys being miss placed. Villa was spotless rooms great sizes. Pool area superb. I would love to come back and visit again. Thank you for having us all :)

Family holiday home

The property was in an ideal location for a four generational family holiday. There were several beaches, lots of shops and restaurants all within a short walk which meant everyone could come and go as they pleased. Elena the host was very good and responded quickly to any queries. However we are unlikely to book with Vrbo again as we do not believe the quoted pricing was accurate. The quoted price said it included all taxes and fees. We were later invoiced heavily with extra costs which were explained to us as taxes and fees. We contacted Vrbo several times and never got an reasonable explanation for this.

Family holiday

We were a family of 8 fro grandparents to grandchildren. The home was ideally situated for everything you need, shopping, beach, restaurants. The home was very comfortable. Clean and well equipped with everything required for the duration of our stay. Such a lovely place to stay. Elena is a very responsive host. We look forward to booking for next year.

Absolutely amazing!

This villa was absolutely perfect. 3 floors allowed our 2 families to have personal space and yet be together for meals,etc. The location is ideal. We walked everywhere. The beach and so many stores, eateries at your doorstep. Check-in was easy and check out even better. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. Oh and the pool was great too!!!

Couldn't be better!

We have just returned from a week at the villa - a party of 10. The villa was perfect for us all. So much room & plenty of separate areas to use so we all had space if wanted. The villa was clean and well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The pool was great - having it heated was great as meant we got so much use from it. The location of the villa is perfect. 2 mins from a bus stop to Siam Park, 5 mins to the beach and there are plenty of shops, bars & restaurants very close by. Yes, the villa is on a hill but even with a pushchair it wasn't too challenging. Elena was the perfect host - quickly responding to emails and she met us on arrival to personally show us round. We'd have no hesitation in recommending the villa and would definitely stop there again if given the chance.

Perfect place to relax

What a fantastic place to stay if you just want to unwind in luxury. To the right, down the hill you are not far from beach where there are plenty of places to eat, or go left, a bit up hill where there are some very nice restaurants (make sure you book ahead). It is a bit hilly, so if you don’t have a car and are just walking, bear that in mind. Saturday/Thursday there is a market on where you can get the usual holiday tat 😁 you can sit and watch it all from the comfort of your own sunbeds 👍🏻 We had one rainy day, so made full use of the big telly and comfy couch (as well as getting all the washing done 🙃). Top floor balcony gives you a beautiful view of the sea and is s perfect spot for a chilled out sunset. No need to bring / buy tea towel/dishwashing tabs or any of that stuff as it’s all provided for. We really only needed to get food and that was it. Plenty of towels and even beach towels were provided. Elena is very nice, any questions is quickly replied to and she even went and got me some yoga mats for our stay. Too marks for hospitality 😁 This is a place you don’t really want to leave 😁

Das Haus befand sich in einer guten und zentralen Lage. Der Weg zum Strand bzw. Geschäften und Lokalen war in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Leider war das Haus doch sehr verwohnt und hielt der Beschreibung und den Bilder nicht ganz Stand. Ärgerlich war, dass der vorhandene Aufzug nicht zu benutzen war. Da wir einen gehbehinderten Freund haben, musste dieser jeden Tag die steilen Treppen gehen. Es sollten in jedem Schlafzimmer ein TV Gerät vorhanden sein. Dies war leider nicht der Fall, sodass wir letztlich nur einen TV Apparat im Wohnzimmer hatten. War nicht schlimm, aber sollte trotzdem erwähnt werden. Als wir ankamen, mussten wir noch einmal eine Putzfrau anfordern, da die Wohnung, insbesondere aber die Küche, nicht wirklich geputzt war. Die Vermieterin war stets freundlich und sehr bemüht. Ansonsten haben wir die 17 Tage sehr genossen und hatten wirklich viel Spass. Lobenswert war der kostenlose Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche.
