The Mareverde complex is located in the exclusive area of Torviscas Bajo, just a few steps from the center of Playa de Las Américas and a 10-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is easily accessible from Tenerife South airport, approximately 15 minutes by taxi.

Bright and cozy 40 m2 studio on the 1st floor with living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom area with double bed, bathroom with shower and balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view.



The welcome kit (toilet paper, water and some essential items) is offered with pleasure upon arrival as a courtesy for our guests and does not include replenishment during the stay. Thank you.
