«There were many issues, some were fixed within the first week, some were not fixed until we left (distroyed BBQ). Sometimes we had to tell the owner twice to fix something (broken bed). Rattling fan in the kitchen (noosy), A/C was working in all rooms. The rooms were big. Ant poison was on the terrace when we arrived (unsafe for small children). «The house is old and rather poorly maintained. The outdoor area and swimming pool are lovely by the sea and have a view to Etna. The house is located by itself in a closed area, so you need a car to get around. Driving distance to shopping for food is 20 minutes and there are no restaurants within walking distance of the house. «Spectacular view across the Ionian Sea to Etna sitting on the lovely terrace or eating on the covered porch. Pool is great. Bedrooms and bathrooms are compact; but the house is spacious. We had issues with the fridge, kitchen needs an overhaul and hot water is finicky. Finding the house is a bit challenging; however, the property is a good base for touring Sicily’s east coast. Pascal was readily available to help and easy to contact for navigation guidance and troubles that popped up.»

«A very comfortable stay with wonderful pool. However, a few minor niggles. E.g. not enough mugs provided and lack of a instruction manual for the Villa. Also Sun loungers need re tensioning. Other than these we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa»

«Villa Voces is an authentic Sicilian villa. You have a wonderful view of Mount Etna, we were lucky enough to see a slight eruption, it was spectacular! The kitchen is fully equipped. It was immaculately clean as was the bedding & towels. The pool area was great for sitting & drink coffee & wine… lots of it from Lidl which is only down the road! The villa is on an exceptionally busy road & you can not walk anywhere so you definitely need a car. The air con is also very loud but kind of lulls you ...

«We enjoyed the stay. The property is on a quiet and private road. A beautiful pool and jacuzzi area outside. The kitchen, barbecue and living room area are great for making and enjoying meals. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The description of the property should say that one of the bathrooms is separate from the house with an outdoor shower by the pool.»

«We had a fantastic time at the villa. Maria was communicative throughout the booking process. The villa itself was amazing. Large and clean, it was a place enjoyed by all of us. The bedrooms are spacious and air conditioned. The pool had glorious views . Being able to walk to shops and a bakery was a real bonus. We loved it and woulsnt hesitate to come again. «Comfortable house, well supplied. Quite large and nice for large group. Nice outdoor lights bing space adjacent to other houses. 22 minutes to airport offered perfect place to launch day trips to Enna, Morgantina and Piazza Armerina which strongly recommend.
