«Wow! This was the most beautiful place. The property is tucked up on a beautiful lot of trees and ferns. Our room was just gorgeous with beautiful furniture, wallpaper and a fireplace. I couldn’t believe we were staying in such a storybook place. I found Mike at the checkin super kind and helpful. He also gave great recommendations for hiking based on my husband’s mobility needs. His advice was perfect—made our trip! You can literally enter Acadia from the trails directly behind the hotel. ...

«Our stay was wonderful! Very cute and clean place. And the staff were all amazing - they were SO friendly and always willing to help!! Made us feel very well taken care of. The one night we ate dinner in the restaurant the service was quite slow but that is our only minor complaint - otherwise only great things to say. Would absolutely stay again!»

«Phenomenal staff. Absolutely phenomenal. Everyone. Ate at the restaurant for breakfast (@3 times), and it was superb. Definitely seems to be a dinner destination for many people not staying on site. Would have loved to have tried it, but spent long days in Acadia NP (MDI and Schoodic) and generally not back in time.Would certainly return to this property.»

«The facilities were clean & updated. Very close to Acadia National Park entrance & downtown Bar Harbor. This was my first time using VRBO & was unfamiliar with trying to communicate with host but he did answer…the check in was confusing because there was no one in the office at all during our stay & had to figure out how to get into the room. Our family was over all very satisfied with this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to stay.»
