«Expectations were maybe higher than usual after reading so many positive reviews, and maybe the place is more suitable for the Asian market and families with small children. Check-in took forever. Dining options are limited, and it is not always easy to get a taxi to other areas. Finding a dead frog in the pool also made swimming less appealing. Many of the staff members seemed not particularly happy in their roles, which affected the overall impression. However, the cleaning staff were ...

«We had a very nice stay at Jeju Igloo Pension. Mr. Park and Mrs. Jung, our hosts, were very warm and hospitable. We had some great laughs. Mrs. Jung gave us a delicious breakfast one morning. Location was great too, away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to supermarket and other amenities as well as the beach and other attractions. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Jeju.»

«We enjoyed the hotel stay how»

«I enjoyed my stay at Jeju Ocean Square Resort. The ocean-view room and peaceful surroundings made it a relaxing place to stay, and it was a good base for exploring Jeju Island by car. However, the bugs and mosquitoes were a downside and could be quite annoying. Better pest control would definitely improve the experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there’s room for improvement!»

«This is a resort that is above and beyond on all levels, except for missing a swimming pool. But given that it's surrounded by breathtaking beaches, who can complain. From the moment I entered the parking lot, a staff member greeted me, and after checking in, helped me by carrying all my heavy luggage to the second floor unit. The room itself had a glorious view of the ocean and the front lawn with plenty of chairs and seats and umbrellas. The two-story cafe/restaurant offered a yummy and ...

«This pension is better than a lot of 3 stars hotel we stayed at. The rooms are big, fully equiped (microwave, fridge and induction cooktop) and with an amazing ocean view. The room was very clean and just below there are 3 restaurants and a coffee shop. The only downside was a slight humidity smell, but it can be fixed by opening the windows a couple of minutes. It is far (5-10mn drive) from the main touristic areas so it is very quiet and you can wake up to the sound of the waves. There are a ...

«The hotel is very run down and in need of updating and cleaning. The refrigerator did not work. The room was a nice size (though the ratio of shower area to tub was woefully small). The view out the window was lovely!»

«Clean. Didn’t use the pool as was put all day but the rooms were very clean and well equipped. »
