«There was no communication whatsoever about how to check in, despite sending several messages through Hotels.com and directly to the property before our arrival. When we arrived, we found a Ring doorbell at the entrance, which had not been disclosed in the listing. After ringing it, there was no apology for the lack of communication—only someone asking if we had been given the access code, which we had not. The property itself was in a totally unacceptable condition. It was filthy throughout, ...

9. Barn Conversion at the Old Watermill - Snowdonia & Zip World around the corner.

Pentir

«Super comfy and clean. Lots of extras that were appreciated, a welcome tray and throws, to name a couple. Lovely big opening windows to let lots of air in whilst it was warm outside. Kerry is really lovely, and does not impose on your holiday, just a check in to make sure everything is ok. Super dog friendly. Great area, national trust properties within 20 to 30. Beaumaris castle and town, Bangor pier, and lots of other beautiful scenic areas. Great parking just outside the door. Shower chair ...

12. Nyth Y Fran - sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

Menai Bridge

«It’s a lovely location and high standard accommodation. A few issues , a problem with drains really quickly resolved by the team, excellent customer service. The property is advertised as having a charging point. With a hybrid car we were looking forward to using it and asked before the trip how to access it. We were told this was being sorted out but it wasn’t. It was hard to see the point and no one had allowed access when we tried to use the app. This must not be advertised as if you booked ...

13. 1 soverom innkvartering i Amlwch

«Cottage is small but warm, plenty of outdoor space in the garden to let the dog out. Great base to explore the island, there are two pubs and a chippy as well as a cafe all within walking distance. The bathroom is spacious and well thought out in terms of the space available. TV is a smart TV so has Netflix etc… parking is on street parking but that was fine as there’s plenty of space on the pavement opposite.»
