«Courteous staff Attractive setting»

«Really lovely stay for 3 nights. Gorgeous room and bathroom, great friendly staff and good food. Very good value. Train station right across the road. Would definitely stay again.»

«The staff, from the pub to the hotel were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and kind, telling me certain walking paths to get to the train station»

«Room was clean but an issue with extractor fan in bathroom. Staff very approachable and polite. Spa staff were exceptional. Food was fantastic especially the breakfast.»

«A wonderful and charming place to stay. Also recommend dinner in the restaurant. Our only niggle was that the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working.»

«Staff were really friendly on arrival, had already filled up and heated the hot tub. Room was clean and was lovely to stay in, couldn’t ask for more. Will defiantly use again»

«Absolutely beautiful place will definitely stay there again»

«Flott og avslappende hotell, med golffasiliteter rett rundt hushjørnet. Spa.Avdelingen er også veldig flott, men bestill evt. massasje i god tid, da de har litt begrenset kapasitet»

«It is located right at a Corner with only 1 crossing around the corner. It is heavely trafficed. A store next door to buy food for so you have something to eat in the morning til Lunch.A Chinese take away close and cheap. You get no Breakfast included. The heat is turned off at latest 20:00 and norhing til from 9:00 or sometimes later after ive left. Steep small stairs. But you get help of friendly staff. I liked Millie very much.Good Dinner. »

«The hotel was dated and run down. The room had marks all over wall and had a strong odour of damp. There were limited staff and the older lady at breakfast was really rude and huffed and puffed. The cups were disgusting all stained. Breakfast items kept running out.»

«Standard kjedehotell som fungerer greit om du er på gjennomreise. Lokalisering like ved M4 som gjør det lett å komme til. Føler likevel det var lokalisert i en rundkjøring. Om du søker etter et sentrum med spisesteder, shopping etc ville jeg valgt annerledes da det er 15-20 med bil til Cardiff sentrum.. Fikk ikke prøvd basseng og trimrom. »

«We stayed in this beautiful farmhouse for my 50th birthday get together. The hosts really have thought of everything. Cold sitting outside? The hosts have provided blankets, towels for the hot tub are stacked in the boot room nearest to the hot tub. Children attending are fantastically catered for with a range of indoor and outdoor games (we packed some but didn't need them). Holiday reads are neatly stacked if you forget your book, there's a doll's house for younger children. Outside there is a ...

«The staff are great but according to the locals OYO have ruined the place and dont care. Which is a shame as the staff all try so hard without support.»

«We had a fantastic stay at the butchers arms. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with another hotel and Andrew and his team couldn’t do enough for us. What a lovely place to stay. Very clean place. Bed was super comfy had a fantastic nights sleep. We will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you Andrew and all the team for looking after us. 😊😊»

«It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay»

«The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially when I couldn't open the key cabinet. Dinner was quite excellent and reasonably priced. Room was larger than expected but TV reception was patchy and screen kept freezing perhaps due to poor Wi-Fi reception. One thing to remember, they do not have allocated parking - whilst there is a large car park behind it is £2 for 2 hours and £6 for a day but keep in mind the gates are shut from10pm to 8am which is unhelpful when you need to leave ...
