«DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. "Ok, so this place gets a bad rep, not totally undeserved. However before you scroll on by. Here are a 3 things its got going for itself. First off, it's cheap. Like dirt cheap. Secondly, you really can't beat the placement, you're are close to everything. Thirdly, the beads are new, good, with clean fresh linen, so are the towels. Bottom line, if you're just looking for a cheap place to crash - great. If you're expecting The Ritz - skate on by. "

"I opted for a suite with separate bedroom. Esp liked the high ceeling. The hotel lay-out is a bit maze-like so the arrowed signs is really helpful the first day. Nice breakfast area (converting to a restaurant later in the day?) with different seating options. Friendly and helpful staff. Combo of continental and scottish menu. Hoped for more coffee options. Hotel offered us free parking (outside) which was nice. Hotel within easy walking distance to Union street. I’m sure to return on upcoming visits to Aberdeen. Thanks!"
