Summary:

The raw concrete walls add a calmness to the top modernised studios that we decorated with a big help from our friends at design studio Bungalow5. There is a full kitchen and double bed so this suits singles or couples wanting comfort and ability to cook their own meals.



We recently finished building this perfectly functional and Green Key certified aparthotel with all the features and interior solutions we dreamt of right from the beginning. With the basketball court in front, the Xior area to the right and the university close by there really is a fresh and lively energy around the DGNB awarded building.



The Space:

A TOUR OF THE PLACE

Use your provided code to enter the parking garage. Park your car, take the elevator to your designated floor, find your apartment and get settled in. Check-in is that easy when staying with us.



Inside the apartment entrance there is a wardrobe and plenty of space to leave your suitcases and shoes.



A door opens to the clean and colourful bathroom with a shower and plenty of hot water that never runs out.



Straight ahead from the entrance, the cool black table, great for breakfast or dinner for two or simply a suitable work space complimented by the consistent and fast wifi.



The fully equipped kitchen has a Nespresso machine with complimentary biodegradable capsules, fridge, induction cook plate and all the cookware you need to prepare an easy homemade meal.



The comfortable queensize (150x200cm) bed by the windows come with fluffy warm duvets and a hypoallergenic pillow selection.



Enjoy your favourite Netflix (complimentary) show on the 43” Samsung Smart TV on the opposite side of the bed.



Floor to ceiling windows create lots of daylight while the high quality curtains can be used as darkening shades so you can snooze all you want on sundays.



Do your laundry at the well functioning and 100% free laundry room on the ground floor.



The Neighborhood:

The charming center of Århus is a fair but charming stroll away that takes you through the city university which in 2023 was awarded one of the five most beautiful universities in Europe. Along the way you’ll pass the famous art museum Aros with its masterpiece Rainbow Panorama being a must see for all visitors to Århus.



Our neighbour Basecamp with its many young inhabitants makes the area young and bustling with plenty of cool hang out spots around.



If you prefer, catch the light rail train (letbane) an 8 min walk from the apartments to quickly get to the center or the new cool harbour area.



Getting Around:

The Light rail train (Letbanen) station Universitetet is an 8 minute walk away. From there it's a 5 min. trainride to the center.

On the rearside of the building our neighbour is a transformer station which can sometimes create a small constant sound heard through open windows close by.



SUSTAINABILITY

We are strongly committed to providing you and your fellow travelers with a sustainable stay in Copenhagen. The hotel has recently been Green Key certified.



This includes providing green electricity in our apartments, improved in-house practices to minimise waste and single-use plastic, and incorporating sustainable and local interior solutions in new apartments.



Additionally the building is awarded by FN standards the DGNB prize for realising high eco standards combined with low financial impact and great social possibilities.
