Tucked along the scenic west side of the Hudson River, Old School House offers a unique blend of rich history and modern comfort. Originally built in 1867 as a one-room schoolhouse, this spacious retreat has been thoughtfully renovated to offer guests a one-of-a-kind experience year-round.

With 3 bedrooms (plus pull-out in office), 2 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and a finished basement complete with movie theater, home gym, and office, it’s perfect for group getaways, family gatherings, or relaxing escapes. Originally built in 1867 as a schoolhouse for School District No. 7 in Orange County, NY, Old School House has been thoughtfully updated over the years, blending historic charm with modern comforts. After a complete remodel and addition in 2009, this home seamlessly combines the character of its original structure with the spaciousness of its more recent enhancements.

The heart of the home features a charming country kitchen, a mid-century dining area, and a cozy living room—ideal for after-dinner drinks and conversation. The transition into the modern addition leads to a spacious family room, perfect for board games and relaxing moments, while the serene primary suite, with its ensuite bath, offers a peaceful retreat.
