«When I arrived at my room on the first day, there was no toilet paper, the trash can in the bathroom was full of bloody period diapers and there were greasey stains everywhere. The shower smelled sour and all the towels were dirty same as the bed sheets, there was hair on the bed linen and towels which showed that it had been used. The floor was full of hair, dust and dirt. I went down to the reception and asked to have the room cleaned, which they promised to do, I went into the room after the ...

«Good location. Walking distance to most of the places worth a wisit. Grand Cafe in the backyard of the hotel is really nice. Good hotel, but the breakfast is dissapointing. In a 5 star hotel should there be fresh fruit juice and at least sparkling water. They serve some extremly sweet apple- and peach lemonade. Not a good start of the day. All in all a 3 star breakfast.»

«First we got scammed by the taxi driver from the airport, he charge triple price from airport to hotel. We told the receptionist about the story, and she said we had to pay 8 Lev for city tax, are you sure about that I said ? And she said yes, a nice lady in check in. Have her a 20 bill, and got 10 back??!! And I said this is not right ? Well she didn’t got any coins?? First told about the taxi driver, and then the receptionist is doing the same thing?? Really bad experience!! Suddenly she had ...

«Helt ok hotell. Rent og pent, helt grei komfort til å være et 5 stjerners hotell.
Bra treningsrom, fint basseng.

«We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable – one of the best hotel beds I've slept in, which is not something I often experience.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of both hot and cold dishes. The atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant and relaxing, and the rooms were very quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the street or from other rooms, which made for a ...
