«Sadly turned up to a very cold room took a while to warm up, the restaurant, room service and bar was all closed with being winter (something we don’t experience in the uk) none of which was highlighted on the website. «5 stars!! My dog and I absolutely loved our stay on Smiths Beach here. It’s perfectly compact and clean with everything you could want, need and then some. Linda not only offers the best advice on things to do on the island but has made sure to add all the finishing touches for a peaceful and relaxing stay. «The stay was beyond pleasant. The host and service was excellent and it was a big bonus having the hotel receive us late because of delayed flight and travel time. They where a privatized boutique hotel with early check in but host organized late check in for us due to complications with our travel. This family owned hotel is one of the nicest me and my spouse have stayed at and we had such a nice experience. Would recommend this to everyone. »
