«Superbe expérience à l'hôtel 18 grapes de Naxos. L'endroit est magique. On y reste sans problème plusieurs jours et nuits. Les activités proposées par l'hôtel sont intéressantes et à un tarif avantageux. Le lieu est calme et la vue sur la mer est belle. Effectivement il y a une petite route a proximité mais cela ne gêne en rien. «We had a large suite for 4 persons 12d. Rooms with Nice view, spacious but in need of rehabilitation. TV not working, light bulbs should be checked and shifted regularly, AC making noice. Not good routine for maintenance. Cleaning was ok, but in the evening when we put out the sign, turn down often forgotten. Pool area nice and clean. Breakfast not very fascinating and always the same. Service at spa and gym was ok. The gym is small and only opens from 9 in the morning, should be opened ...

«We had booked a sister hotel, but the directions provided where incorrect. Locals guided us to the sister hotel, and staff where good enough to make some changes and accomodate us in the sister hotel as it was much closer to where we thought we had booked. It all worked out in the long run and the hotel was great.»

«Beautiful villas but out of the way. You need a car to stay here unless you don’t want to go anywhere or spend 25 euros each way to get into town. The chef, Christina was terrific. Mario was helpful. The front desk manager was ok. They need some small things like towel bars or hooks, hangars that don’t fall apart, corkscrew and hot pads in the kitchen. Although kitchen was furnished, it needs to be better appointed. Would stay here again but rent a car first.»
