«The hotel staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Parking was super easy, on site and free. There was a super nice bar with good drinks and good food options. The room was exactly as pictured and clean. The decor was modern and nice. I would stay here again. »

«Great initial experience, finding the block after a 12 hour flight was a challenge, directions to the block could be better. Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. Great apartment, but that made me feel unsafe. »

«SPH is a classic hotel with great service. The rooms are large. The bathrooms are huge with high end fixtures, marble, double sinks, large walk-in shower, quality towels etc. Plenty of storage. Desk included. I love the public spaces, especially the courtyard that leads to the pool area. Plenty of parking. Water bottles, tea and coffee in the rooms as well as in the lobby. «The hotel is near to both Palo Alro and Stanford university ( you can actually walk to Palo Alto). It is on the main road, but we did not have any problems with noise ( that said, we had a room on the back side) The swiming pool and jacuzzi area is very pleasant and not overcrowded - though rather small. «The unit was beautiful with windows and two bedrooms. The place was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the deck. It was perfect for meeting our needs three girlfriends traveling together. We enjoyed the pool and the terrace deck as well. I’m glad I chose this location.»

«Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days...»
