«We had a nice stay here in modern rooms, because the hotel allowed us to swap. I had booked a “plantation” bungalow and upon arrival it looked nothing like the pictures. Fran and dated. But they let me switch to one of the modern rooms which were nice. The common areas are not very well kept, they should fill water in the pools and fountains and just keep the outdoor area a bit better. The resort has direct beach access which is nice. »

«We enjoyed our stay at Anda Lanta. The hotel is fairly far away from the main "city" on the island and Krabi airport, and it is relatively expensive to travel to these places if need be. However, if you want to get away from the crowds and spend your time relaxing this for sure is the place to be. Amazing beach, nice and tidy hotel, good service, kind staff and a pool. Definitely family friendly as well for those traveling with children. A small town nearby, and also a few other places to eat ...

«Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold! Utrolig bra beliggenhet på en egen ganske rolig strand. Veldig fint bassengområde, og flotte rom. Maten var ikke 10/10, men god nok. Mye gode restauranter i området rundt. Veldig greit med scooterutleie på hotellet for 300 baht per dag. Vi kommer tilbake! »

«Had a great time in the hotel! Clean, good pools, nice food both at beeakfast, lunch and dinner. The buffet meal down at the beach on Valentine day was amazing!. Friendly and very helpful staff and hotel manager walking around asking guests if everything is ok. Kids had a ball both in the 75cm deep children pool and at the beach. «We had 5 nights at Alanta Villa, and by day two we knew we hadn’t booked long enough. The villas are peaceful, well appointed, comfortable, and very private. «Ble oppgradert til en stor pol-villa med eget basseng og nydelig utsikt mot havet og solnedgangen. Nærmeste nabo var et tukan-fuglepar med rede rett over evighetsbassenget. Helt magisk! Stort oppholdsrom / stue, flott bad og veldig romslig soverom. Et fantastisk sted! Resorten er helt nydelig. To bassengområder. «Nice ourdoors area with big and fun pools. Super close to the beach with the best sunset. The staff is very polite and helpful. But overall the rooms are outdated, with a very strong smell of cleaning supplies. The aircondition is old and pointing directly at the bed, so we ended up with a bad throat infection the first day here (but 3rd week in Thailand). Talked to other guest who had experienced the same. »

«Facility looks OK but the staff and service is definitely the worst of all the hotels I've been to in Thailand. Lived here 5 days and it was 5 days to much. We experienced and saw lots of stuff during this time, stuff which is not suppose to happen in a 4 star hotel (or for 3 star)! The hotel is located 200-300 meters in a forest-like area with access from a dirt road, recommend to use scooter or taxi to get to hotel during night time. The day rate was cheap tho. ;) We do NOT reccomend this ...

«Good service in the reception. Not always people at the pool to get more towels, umbrellas, food/drinks. Nice with the free shuttle both ways to town. Standard breakfast buffet. Not too many "western" options.»
