«On arrival the young lady started to check us in then decided to assist another customer leaving us waiting to finally being checked 5 minutes later by a male member of staff who also made a comment as to why she didn’t finish checking us in.
The male member staff was helpful and showed us to our room, which really lovely. However the only downside to the room was not being able to open the windows for fresh air and they were covered in condensation due to poor circulation.
