«"Best buy" in turks and Caicos. Compared to what other hotels can offer this is a nice hotel where you get what you pay for and not for the stuff you anyways won't use. Short way to the beautifull beach, next door to the biggest Gourmet Supermarked on the island. Allways friendly and helpfull employes.»

«Beautiful view, clean and updated hotel. Our unit was right in front of the pool and sometime there were loud noises early morning or late night. The hotel management needs to do a better job enforcing quiet hours so guests nearby pool area can enjoy serenity. We woke up one morning at 6 in morning by a patron splashing in the swimming pool and when I informed the security guard, he did nothing to prevent the loud disturbance. »

«Rooms were clean. Very basic with coffe maker, small refrigerator and microwave. On site restaurant was easily accessible for drinks and meals. Beach was only a few steps away. No children, so it was quiet and relaxing. We loved it and highly recommend. »

«Hi, We stayed at The Tides for a long weekend in May 2024. The room was super clean, the amenities were great, allowed us to mix restaurants and home food. The supermarket is about 15 mins walk from The Tides, and you also have the option to use the onsite bicycles for free. Turks and Caicos weather was awesome, people are nice, patient, and we personally need to thank Brenda for all her help, she was super nice and made us feel home. Will definitely go back to Turks, and stay at The Tides ...

«We has the best time here. Ariel was amazing and I couldn’t say enough about how he hooked us up for all kinds of deals for day trips and jet skis. He seriously is very dedicated and passionate about the guests. The only issue we had was a water leak through the wall when we gad some torrential rain that should be looked at asap. Ariel was great and got the place cleaned up and the tv on the wall replaced asap. Thank you for a great stay!»

«First, TCI is beautiful. Our choice of Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas proved to be fantastic! The ocean is just steps away down a private lighted path. Fantastic snorkeling at Smith Reef from shore. The villa was great, clean and had everything we needed. The use of the grills at the pool was great for us when we didn't want to eat out. Great coffee shop and restaurants near by. «First off this property is close to everything!!!! Shisha lounge is less than a 5 minute walk . Noah’s arc is about a 5 minute drive ! Aziza is a 3 minute cab (service really sucked staff were very rude!) I’d suggest getting a driver before hand because you’ll save money . The room was great very clean . Friendly staff. Staff were very responsive ! I’d stay here again ! »
